Presented by Brian Kenney with the Wisconsin Transition Improvement Grant and Mandy Johnsen with the Green County Aging and Disability Resource Center.

Available through your school’s transition program.

The student-focused events are open to students in Green, Grant, Iowa, Lafayette and Rock counties. School transition coordinators should contact Brian Kenney (cell – 608-448-9034 or bkenney@cesa3.org)  to receive the Zoom connection information.
