Autism and Suicide — part of the Safety Series from Autism Society of South Central Wisconsin
We know a diagnosis of Autism does not protect our children or ourselves from mental health challenges, including suicide. Join Megan Farley, PhD, as she shares information about Autism and Suicide. Learning objectives: 1) Recognize signs of suicidality in a person with ASD. 2) Identify current prevalence of ASD and suicide. 3) Describe interventions to help a person with ASD cope with suicidality.
RSVP below by April 14th, and we’ll send you the zoom link the morning of April 15th. Occasionally the zoom link ends up in someone’s spam folder. If you haven’t gotten the link by 10 am the morning of the event, check your spam folder to see if it is there.
